What is Grow?
We offer something much better than the standard way of working in which a customer says he wants something, the contractor says how much it will cost and then there is time for it in two or sometimes four weeks.
With GROW, you take out a subscription for a fixed number of hours per week. This means that you 'reserve' time with our developers on a fixed weekday, there is guaranteed availability, you receive a fixed hourly rate and you have the certainty that your request will be carried out within a maximum of one week.
You will work with us as a team using the planning tool Trello. This way you have direct contact with your regular developer. In Trello you can indicate the urgency of your requests. So you decide what we pick up first. And with the fixed hourly rate, you know exactly where you stand in terms of costs.

Absolutely. Thanks to your weekly reserved development hours, turnaround times are fast. Grow is flexible and covers everything from bug fixes and minor tweaks to major development projects. Ongoing support is included.
How quickly can we get started with Grow?
After a no-obligation intake call, we can usually start within 2 weeks. Depending on your selected package, you can begin submitting tasks right away and we’ll schedule your first development hours immediately.
Does Grow also include support with marketing and SEO?
Yes. In addition to development, we offer support with email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), technical improvements, and strategic guidance for online growth.
Which platforms does Grow support?
Grow supports Shopify, Shopify Plus, Lightspeed eCom, and fully custom-built webshops. Whether you want to evolve an existing system or build something new, we adapt to your needs.
What happens if I don’t use all my hours within a given month?
Unused hours are rare, but if needed, we can carry them over to the next month within a mutually agreed timeframe. We aim to be transparent and flexible at all times.
What is the minimum contract period for Grow?
You can choose between a flexible monthly subscription or a fixed-term agreement of 3, 6, or 12 months. Longer commitments come with a reduced hourly rate and ensure greater consistency in planning.
What’s the difference between Grow Easy, Steady, and Huge?
Grow Easy is ideal for smaller webshops with annual revenue up to €200,000. Grow Steady and Grow Huge are suited for businesses with higher revenue, more complex needs, or a serious ambition to scale. If you're aiming for real growth, Grow Steady is often the starting point.
Is Grow suitable for my webshop or e-commerce business?
Grow is designed for ambitious e-commerce companies looking to continuously invest in growth, performance, and conversion optimization. It’s ideal for businesses that take their online presence seriously.
Can I use Grow for back-end development or custom integrations?
Yes. Grow also supports back-end development, including API integrations, custom-built connectors, internal management portals, and custom CMS modules. Please note that back-end work is billed at a different hourly rate and settled based on actual hours worked.
Is Grow only intended for the further development of existing webshops?
No, Grow goes beyond further development. We reserve a fixed number of development hours for you each week, which you can allocate based on your own priorities. Grow is also suitable for building a new, fully custom webshop from scratch.
